+ We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders processing time is 1-9 business days. (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Our key ingredients are imported from Africa and all the products are handmade.
+ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
+ We ship overseas
+ Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
+ Once your order is placed it cannot be refunded. We cannot modify orders when, they are already shipped out.
+ The responsibility is turned over to the shipping company once we ship the products. Please contact them.
+ Client will be required to pay shipping fees again if orders are returned back to us because of incorrect address mistake
